HARRIS ARCHITECTS & DESIGNERS was founded in Great Britain over thirty years ago and has been based in Spain for the past 10 years with design studios in Mallorca and Barcelona. The practice has recently been awarded the Mallorca architecture prize for a house in southern Mallorca.

KATHRYN & ANTHONY HARRIS  Ma Courtauld, Dip Arch. RIBA. COAIB.

Joint founders of the practice with over 30 years experience in the UK and Spain.

Their work has included private houses, public housing, health and education buildings, bars and restaurants, as well as furniture and interior design.

Specialization in projects dealing with historic buildings - Ma Courtauld and adviser to the Arts Council of Great Britain. Currently member of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de las Islas Baleares (COAIB), and the RIBA.

VINCENT HARRIS  BA hons, designer

Arts scholar at Marlborough College, with a degree in Classics from the University of Canterbury, Vincent specializes in graphic design and furniture design. Designer and maker of architectural prototypes.

SEBASTIAN HARRIS  MA Cantab, MA Arquitecto Sup.

Studied at Winchester College, Cambridge University, and ETSABarcelona, qualified as an architect from the UPC Barcelona.

Has worked in Barcelona with architect Enric Ruiz-Geli and in Palma before joining Harris Architects & Designers.

Has specialized in passive sustainable design and social housing with a Master in Architecture, distinction (Barcelona, Univ. Ramon Llull), and is currently working on a doctorate in Barcelona.
